John Wesley Miller Honored as "Outstanding Green Advocate"

Armory Park del Sol developer John Wesley Miller was presented this award in Seattle at the National Association of Home Builders Green Builder Conference on March 24th.

Armory Park del Sol, as well as countless other projects, has gained John Wesley Miller national recognition as an innovator in construction techniques "...who, through his tireless and often voluntary efforts, has effected positive changes in the field of resource-efficient new home building practices."

Yes, we listened, and a special thanks to all who shared their desired dream home at APdS. The design is complete, the city has approved it, and construction is about to begin.

Stay Tuned... HGTV to Feature Armory Park del Sol

The popular cable channel HGTV, or Home and Garden TV, will be in Tucson to film Armory Park del Sol for a segment on "Dream Builders", a popular HGTV show that profies innovative builders and homes. HGTV producers will be in town this month to film footage and gather intervews with builder John Wesley Miller and several APdS homeowners.

There's no definitive word when the episode features Armory Park del Sol will air, but it may be shown as early as this spring. HGTV is channel 36 on Cox Cable, and channel 37 on Comcast Cable.

25th Annual Armory Park Home Tour Sunday, April 14th 12:00 to 5:00
